We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
To make a return:
- Email our Customer Service team at support@homehalodepot.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a Return Authorisation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back with a trackable service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days of receipt.
Return shipping is covered by us if the item is faulty or we made an error. Otherwise, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
